Welcome to Bardngeek.com! We're excited to provide you with high-quality TTRPG miniatures, dice, and accessories to enhance your gaming experience. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, minor variations in color, size, or material may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display differences. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
2. Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department. If we cancel your order after you've been charged, we'll issue a full refund.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges, which will be added to your total at checkout. We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Paypal. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We'll do our best to ship your order promptly. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss and title for items passes to you. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Bardngeek.com, its suppliers, or modelers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bardngeek.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Custom Miniatures/art works Policy
Per the Non-Eligible Return: Change of Mind and Custom art works sections of our return policy, we can’t accept returns/refunds on commissioned art work. We work hard to ensure that we keep you, the client, updated on your project along the way. This may include photos/videos of your commission in progress so there are no surprises, we try our best to make sure your satisfied with your finished goods before you get them. Due to the unique and custom nature of this artwork, all sales are final. Refunds or returns will not be accepted once the commission agreement is signed and work has commenced, except in cases where the artwork is demonstrably damaged or defective upon receipt due to the artist's negligence or shipping damage that is properly documented. In the unlikely event the artwork/miniature arrives damaged you, the client, must notify Bard N Geek Studios LLC within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the artwork/miniature and packaging. We will assess the damage and, at our sole discretion, offer repair, replacement, or a partial credit upon completion of the courier insurance claim. Refunds will not be issued for shipping damage without a formal shipping insurance claim investigation and closure.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund Policy
At Bardngeek.com, we pride ourselves on the quality of our TTRPG miniatures, dice, and accessories. Due to the nature of our products and the intricacies involved, we only accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt.
Eligibility for Return (Damaged/Defective Items Only):
Damaged Item: An item that arrives broken, cracked, or otherwise physically impaired during shipping or manufacturing.
Damaged Packaging Upon Delivery: A package arrives visibly damaged and the contents has been damaged as a result.
Defective Item: An item that does not function as intended or has a significant flaw that affects its usability (e.g., a die with unreadable numbers, a miniature with a missing critical part due to manufacturing error).
Non-Eligible for Return:
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product.
Custom Artworks: We cannot accept returns, or offer refunds, on custom art works such as miniatures with custom paint services, Laser engraving services, and etc unless there is damage to the product reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Minor Imperfections: Due to the manufacturing processes for miniatures and dice, slight variations or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the item's functionality (e.g., slight mold lines on miniatures, minor marbling variations on dice) are not considered defects.
Customer-Caused Damage: Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental breakage by the customer.
How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item:
Contact Us Immediately: You must notify us of a damaged or defective item within [e.g., 3] business days of receiving your order. Please email us at support@bardngeek.com with your order number.
Provide Evidence: Include clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect. For shipping damage, please also include photos of the packaging. This helps us assess the issue and file claims with carriers if necessary.
Assessment: We will review your claim and may ask for additional information.
Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not send items back without an RMA number, as they will not be processed.
Return Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for approved returns of damaged or defective items. Items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible.
Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will, at our discretion, either:
Send you a replacement for the damaged/defective item.
Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We aim to process approved returns and issue replacements or refunds as quickly as possible, typically within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
